Returns + Exchanges + Cancellation
We accept returns to exchange for a different size of the same style on full price items with all tags attached with 14 days of receiving it.
We also accept returns for a store credit with no questions asked as long as product is in the original state with all tags and stickers attached. Store credit can not be changed to a cash or refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
We will process your return within 3 business days of receiving your item.
Terms of Returning item
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. It must also be in the original packaging with hygiene liners in place. Pleas take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains. If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will be returned to the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
To return your product, you should send an email to email@example.com and we will provide you with the return address and RMA number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, La Koi will cover shipping fee in case when you want to replace for a different size but no more than once.
Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for exchange on sale items. If you require the same item in a different size please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us ASAP. We usually process orders within 24hrs. In rare case it might take up to 3 days. Please email us your order number and we will issue a full refund for orders that haven't been shipped.
We do our best to thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping and in some cases a style may have missed. In the rare event that a product is faulty please contact us ASAP at email@example.com. If the item is faulty, we offer a full refund of the purchase price. We will cover all postage costs to replace it with an identical item whenever possible.
